Weird, it's just started to be OK with me, well, since it went from beta-testing to actual up and running.

You don't happen to have Norton as your firewall, do you? because YSI changed the way the DL windows pop up, Norton now generally thinks it's a pop up and blocks it, the same can come from using firefox. The easiest way to DL something from YSI anyway is to turn off your firewall for the moment in which you click the download botton, as soon as the DL runs you can turn the firewall on again.

Maybe our computers have some sort of symbiotic relationship where only one of them can talk to YSI at any given time. This time next month mine will probably work while yours goes on the fritz again ;)

Hmm... I have Norton and FireFox, so I trying turning them off and on in various combinations and nothing. Thank you for the suggestion, though. It just seems like the YSI gods are not shining on me at the moment.
