1,000th Entry

Wow. On 6th October 2002, temaris asked me if I wanted a code for this thing called LiveJournal. 'Not really,' I replied. And about 20 minutes later I was the owner of this thing. (*grin* Yes, I cave easily for I am all about the shiny.)

And now I'm 1,000 entries down the line.

I've ranted and snarked and porned (that should so be a word...). I've been amused and touched and annoyed. I've rolled my eyes and I've laughed out loud and I wouldn't have missed any of it for the world.

You are an amazing group of people, and I thank you for letting me be part of your lives.

Why don't deities ever offer *me* those kind of choices?

Although I have a lowering feeling that when the choices trolley came around I was there going, I'll have one of these, and one of those, and two of them, and I'll have a side of that, and good god, does anyone even *use* that any more?

and the tea lady deity tried to say, I'm sorry love, it's just tea *or* biscuits, and then shuffled a bit trying to look anywhere except at my incredulous glare, until she finally muttered, never mind, and hurried away.

Hugs backatcha.......I love LJ, too. I've met the most interesting and funny people. I've learned about books and authors I'd never heard of. I've been pimped into so many new fandoms my head is spinning.
