I just got very confused because it's 20 minutes before I last looked at the clock. And then I remembered the clocks just went back an hour five minutes ago and I hadn't, in fact, fallen into some sort of strange, paradoxical world where time makes no sense* at all.

* Sometimes also known as a convention...

Wow, I had completely forgotten... so what, we're back an hour... hey, I get to stay up longer! Score, more pretty men to watch.

Thank you for reminding me about BST*; I always forget to change my clocks.

So, do I stay up because it's not as late as I thought, or go to bed now because I have to up an hour earlier than I was expecting tomorrow morning?

Also, I miss convention time, except for the way it speeds up on the last day. *sadface* OTOH, if we could just harness the buzz everyone gets at a convention, we could solve the world energy crisis. *g*

* I am now trying to think up a slashy meaning for 'BST' and my brain is clearly sleep deprived, so I'll wish you a goodnight tomorrow morning.

I'd completely forgotten it was this weekend, until the computer clock turned itself back and I had an experience very similar to yours. *g*

I went to bed late because hey, it was earlier than we thought, then woke up at my 'normal' time which of course was way too early. Now completely confused, tired and cross - this state of affairs will last for at least a fortnight (or till we've remembered every clock in the house) and going to Portugal won't help because they're on GMT like us.

That's the advantage of the BST/GMT thing - it's either one more hour in bed or one more hour up, either way: score ::grin::

It was rather disconcerting for a few moments and then I was all 'Of course! D'oh!' ::grin::

I'll probably do the clocks today. The most important for me were my phone and watch and the computer does itself, so no probs there ::grin::
