I love this picture, but I'm putting it in as a link instead of the actual picture, so people can avoid if they need to. It's a spider caccooning a fly it's caught. Kinda gruesome, but I'm in love with the fact that my camera caught the detail when I took the photo.

And finally, the obligatory random recipe

Sticky Toffee Rice Squares

Ingredients:

* 100g (3½ oz) butter
* 100g (3½ oz) caster sugar
* 85g (3oz) dark brown soft sugar
* 397g can Carnation Condensed Milk
* 3tbsp golden syrup
* 85g (3oz) crisp puffed rice

You will also need:

* A greased and lined 20cm (8 inch) square tin

Method:

1. In a large, non-stick saucepan, melt the butter and sugars over a low heat until the sugar has completely dissolved, stirring continuously. Add the condensed milk and golden syrup and gently bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for exactly 1 minute, then stir in the puffed rice. (if you want, you can also add in 100g of raisins, too.) Pour into the prepared tin and leave to set in a cool place.
2. When cool, cut into squares.
3. Nom.
