mmom fics and I just nearly called an angel Donatello. Because I've used Raphael and the first name that sprang to mind as being associated with Raphael was Donatello. It actually took a few seconds (and typing Don) before my brain went, whoa! angel! not turtle!
Sometimes my brains works. Other times, not so much...
