Oh, my heart shattered when Jack died. It was so inevitable as you saw everyone else go down in the Dalek's path. But still, my heart broke at the 'Yeah, I figured' way he faced his impending death.

And although I was repeating to myself, 'He's coming back next series', I was worried that maybe they'd leave him dead and have Rose encounter him again through time travel or something - in the same way she met her Dad.

And then just as I was happy that he was alive.... They left him behind! *sob* All alone on that horrible spacestation... *sniffle*

Oh thank God! So they didn't leave him behind! (Or not permanently, anyway.) I was having fits. I was going to transport the poor dear to my dungeon, even though technically it is no longer a dungeon and I oughtn't to be able to sneak back in and clone people because the muses control it now (but they don't know the back entrances, bwuhahaha).

Personally, I'd rather have Lynda than Rose, but never mind. She was good as the Bad Wolf. But how come, if the Doctor dies regenerates from absorbing the timestream, *she's* fine when *she* absorbed it first?! Girl is *hard*. They should have made her Glaswegian. I liked the starting appearance from Tennant (sp?) - continuing the fine tradition of the maniacal grin :)
