I went to buy tickets for the RSC production of The Tempest that's coming to Newcastle the end of the year. (Why, Patrick Stewart? I do believe I will. Again. *grin*) However, turns out that they're only on sale to the Friends of the Theatre (of which I am not), and don't go on general sale until next Monday.

*curses the box-office bod who told me differently*

So I end up getting tickets to Jerry Springer: The Opera tomorrow night *grin*

It was brilliant! So funny! I don't think I stopped laughing :D And at the beginning, Jerry actually comes through the audience like he does on the show, shaking peoples hands. I was sitting on the end of a row, so I get to say I shook Jerry Springer's hand. (Okay, it was only the guy playing Jerry, but it still counts, right? *grin*)
