It was a doing day today!

moonlettuceWent to the comic mart today and picked up the two latest Hellblazer graphic novels and, bizarrely enough, some Supernatural trading cards. Mainly because the basic set was only £2, and I got the set of three boxloader cards (which are really pretty) for a knock-down, cheap ass price *grin* Then I bought chocolate because Whittards was having an 'OMG! Everything half price!' sale for no specific reason.
And then it was torrential rain time. There were mini rivers (and I don't mean midget Tams) running down some of the streets in Newcastle and I got bloody soaked, even with an umbrella. So we went and sat in Starbucks to eat muffins while drying off. (Very slowly, because the roof in their toilets was leaking and water was cascading everywhere, so I couldn't use their hand dryers to dry my shirt.)
