I've got some amazing apples in the fridge. Tescos Finest "Jazz". They stopped doing them for ages and now they are BACK and I am happy LIKE A CLAM.

You've got to love a good fuji. Or a pink lady. But jazz are my FAVOURITE. Always crisp and perfect.
