A frog walked into a bank. He approached the counter, and noticed the name of the cashier's badge read "Miss Patricia Whack."
"Hello, Miss Whack," he said cheerfully. "I would like to borrow £30,000 to start a new business"
"Are you a homeowner?" replied the cashier.
"No, I am not," said the frog.
"What collateral do you have then?" asked the cashier.
"I have this," and produced a small ceramic elephant, no more than 2 inches high.
"You can't use that to get a loan, I'm afraid," said the cashier, who was now getting annoyed.
"I know the manager very well, Miss Whack. Please tell him that I want to borrow £30,000. My name is John Jagger, and my father's name is Mick".
The cashier relented, and took the ceramic elephant in with her to see the manager. She told him the frog's name, and what he wanted, and handed the elephant to him.
"I can't see how he thinks he can get a loan with this," she said to the manager. "I don't even know what it is."
The manager looked at the elephant, before replying to the cashier:
"It's a knick-knack, Patty Whack. Give the frog a loan. His old man's a Rolling Stone"
