Jumping on the shame wagon...
Mar. 8th, 2005 08:44 pmSo, I figured since everyone else is doing it, I'd be a lemming and follow.
My secret fandom shames:
1. My first fic was a Mary Sue. And, yes, she's still online. I keep meaning to take the stories (*cough*yes, there's more than one*cough*) down, but every so often I get feedback for them. And I'm a ho' for feedback.
2. Where certain fandoms are concerned, I will read anything if it has my OTP in it. *Anything*
3. I started writing Tyler/El Blanco 'Tremors' fic as a joke, and am now quite horrified to find it appears to be my OTP for the series. Yes, I write about the worm. Yes, he has sex with one of the guys. Yes, I now find this perfectly acceptable *g*
4. I once posted a fic to a list that was written purely to piss someone on said list off.
5. For about 2 days after posting a story I will obsessively check for feedback. *please refer to last sentence in #1*
6. In relation to #3: I have on my hard drive the outline for a serious (as in, non piss-take) Tyler/El Blanco story. Even if this is written, it will never see the light of day.
7. I pouted for about a week when I wrote a story for a ficathon and the person it was for didn't comment on it.
8. I have written songfic.
9. I (along with
a certain someone else) have written a fruit-insertion fic.
10. See #9: It was from the fruit's point of view.
There's probably more, but I'll stop there *g*
