Conversation just had between me and my mother:
Mum: What arrived this morning?
Me: Nothing.
Mum: No, a package arrived this morning, what was in it?
Me: Nothing.
Mum: So, it was an empty box then? Come on, what was it?
Me (laughing at this point): Nothing.
There's a pause, and then:
Mum: Oh! Nothing!
She gets it eventually *g*
