Just over a day until season 2 of SGA airs in the US. How long do you reckon it'll be before it's online *grin*

Season 1, I watched on TV. I was a good girl and waited. This time 'round, it's take no prisoners ;-)

Could I be really cheeky and ask for copies of whatever you acquire online? I'll supply discs. But you're the one who talked me into SGa (the first ep of which I am watching *right now* and is Simon Narim??) so it's all your fault I don't want to wait until it hits channel 5 sometime in the next ten years maybe.

Your best bet may be stargate_eps. I can stick them on disc for you, but it may be quicker dl'ing them, than getting them shipped over from the UK *g*

And speaking of the UK, it's not long until you come over is it? :-D

Do you have a DVD reader in your machine? Because I can stick avi copies of the entire first season (and ep one of s2 when the bugger finishes downloading) on a couple of disks and send them out :-)

I should also have room for the behind the scenes specials :-D

I have Intervideo DVD player on my laptop. How it will react I do not know as mirelle719 made me Doctor Who avi discs and my laptop will play the sound but not the picture (very odd experience, listening to Doctor Who as a radio play!) and Henry's computer will play both but for some reason plays the picture faster than the sound!

However if you don't mind taking the time to make the DVDs I'd be *really* happy and grateful and all those things to receive them!

Would you like the dinnerladies series 2 DVD I promised to anyone who could make SGA DVDs for me? And can I send you some cash for the discs and postage and whatever?

I'm burning the second of the two DVDs now, but I jus had a thought. All the episodes are avi files that need the DivX codec to be played. (You can play them through RealPlayer, but you still need to codec.) Do you have RealPlayer and DivX? Because if not I'll stick them on a disc, as well :-)

I don't *think* I do ... ::looks at laptop as if it's going to talk to me:: ... nope, doesn't look like!

I am so annoyed now. I was watching the last disc of SG1 season 7 (Heroes part two to be precise) and the damn picture froze while the sound continued .... grrr.

Now I'm waiting for season 8 to be issued (although this time I'm not buying it from America, no blinking subtitles!) ... like *now* would be good!

Fandom has taken over my brain, for the first time since Buffy! Weird. (Maybe it's just 'cause it's an ongoing fandom whereas due South which is the other main contender, isn't.)

Fandom has taken over my brain, for the first time since Buffy!

SGA has turned out to be the fandom that eats everyone. Even people who were all "Stargate? Paf!" are now "Oh my god, Atlantis!"

I'm even supplying a guy at work with episodes as I dl them *grin* Much to the chagrin of his boyfriend, as the first thing he did when he got home after I gave him Siege part 3 was boot up the PC and watch it.
