Cake?

So, I ordered the cake for Connotations today. *sigh* For anyone who knows the story of last year's adventures in cake ordering*, today was actually a little bit worse. It took me spelling the dedication on the cake three times before I think he got it. To be honest, I'm not holding out hopes that it's going to say what we want it to say *grin*

So, there'll be cake, I just don't know what'll be written on it.

*For those who don't know about last year's adventures in cake ordering, the Connotations cake had 'Connotations 2004. Gay porn yay!' written on it. Only, the guy I spoke to didn't have English as a first language and, right up until we saw the cake I was more than half convinced he was going to write 'Gate porn yay!' on it. Although, saying that, it would have just conjured up images of Jack and Daniel going at it like bunnies, so maybe that wouldn't have been too much of a problem ;-)

*g* You should try it, it's great fun trying not to laugh at the looks on some people's faces when you tell them what you want on the cake. The best one was a woman who worked in a cookie place. I ordered a giant cookie with 'Shoot me, stuff me, mount me' on it. I can only think she assumed it was some sort of kinky code, as opposed to a Buffy quote ;-)
