His temperature has been hovering around 100 today instead of 101 yesterday and 103 the day before. He's a lot brighter in himself, and actually wanted a story tonight, and he's not had any calpol today.

I'm going to keep him off tomorrow anyway, and see how he is by 6ish (flight isn't until 7.40pm, because I thought I'd be at work and he'd be at school then after school club). He still wants to come, though, so we'll see. If he's as bright tomorrow as he was today, I think we'll make it.

Yay, Peg 1 is tomorrow!!!

I know I'll forget at least two :( Went into a shop today to buy new toothbrush etc and forgot to buy a hairbrush and had to go back in again. Peg 1 has got me acting like a total ditz-brain! I am going to be no use at work tomorrow so I don't even know why I am going in ::grins::

I'll text you when I get there - decided that if I didn't get a (albeit much needed) haircut and counted the cost of getting a mini-cab home tomorrow night, it would only cost me £1 extra to stay at the hotel so I booked a room for another night :) Plus I didn't much fancy getting up at around 7am on the Saturday to get back to the hotel in time!

Right, off to iron and pack...
