Am at temaris's.

Had a bizarre encounter in Newcastle Airport where I was sitting on the floor typing porn, and someone who worked at the airport came up to me and said that he'd been asked to give me this piece of paper he was holding. Written on it was:

If you like Stargate go hear: [some url I can't remember]

Two things crossed my mind. A, dude, you spelled 'here' wrong, and B, was it the Atlantis patch on my jacket or the Atlantis decal on the laptop that gave it away *grin* Very surreal.

Can I just ask where you got Atlantis atches and the decal? I got an SG1 and SGC patch at a con, but I have yet to see 'Lantis ones. And I would LOVE a stickery thing for my laptop *beams*

The patches you can get off eBay - as well as cons and dealer's fairs. (But eBay is probably your best bet *g*)

Trying wearing an All Blacks cap.

Lots of nice Kiwis smile at you that way as you pass them on the street ... in London!.

There was another one who shouted out something like "go blacks" while ragnall, ruric and I were horse-riding in Griffith Park in LA and he and his girl friend were jogging in the opposite direction. It's just so cool when you know you are not alone in your obsession *g*

Which is of course why I keep wearing my cap.
