Biggest treehouse in the world!
May. 13th, 2006 08:55 pmSpent the day at Alnwick Garden with
alyse,
davechicken and
alinak having a thoroughly enjoyable time. The day went something like this:
omg! Biggest treehouse in the world!
Word of the day for me was: *bug*
Glass sinks that changed colour. There is no wrong with this concept.
Sticking fingers in all the water features.
Ice cream! And being asked if we were from Canada. (Why is it that people see the Maple Leaf and ask if I'm from Canada, but no one has ever looked at the SGA patch and asked if I'm from Atlantis?)
Saw small children being led blindfolded and roped through the maze. Cue the comment, "Aren't they a little young for the bondage thing?"
We had scones with strawberry and vanilla jam - the ingredients of which were: sugar, raspberries, lemon juice. Dude! Our strawberry and vanilla jam had neither strawberries nor vanilla!
So, yeah - garden, water, ice cream and jam that lies. Yay! :D

I know all about products that lie: I used to have mango herbal tea that had no mango listed on the ingredients. hmph.
