I'm going to see X3 with some people from work after Friday and, although I'm looking forward to it, I'm also thinking I'll have to remember not to nudge the person next to me and every time Charles and Erik are on the screen together and go, "Look! Look! They're so in love!" And I won't be able to point out the total lesbian subtext between Ororo and Cal. And they won't get it if I start growling of the movie goes the 'Kitty/Piotr otp!' route.

Ah, well, at least a couple of them going are geeks, so I'll at least be able to geek out, if not slash out.

It's so much more fun seeing this stuff with slashy friends *grin*
