I'll be leaving soon for Germany, but I'd like to participate anyway. Of course, the fact that I'll be running around trying to find an apartment, adjust to the new language and settle into the new job mean that there are more factors that might make me drop out.

So, may I participate anyway? Or would you prefer I do not? Or do you leave it to me to decide?

It's up to you, although if you think that there's a better than good chance that you'll drop out, it may be worth leaving it until next year :)
