Had the boiler back on September 18th! Then had the fence panels blew out in the gale, the water leak and am currently trying to locate my plumbers who've left me with a stripped out bathroom and can't come back for nearly a week and are eating up my vacation days.

I'm rather past "ho hum" at this stage. In other regards, houses are nice.

Dude, I know! I used to use holidays for randomly doing fun crap, now it's waiting in for people to repair my boiler! ::grumps:: ::grin::
