"new kid on the block" program means newbies are broken in (no pun intended!) by existing inmates,

What I was thinking is, after some one else takes a liking to Wes and well, makes him suffer, Angel and Spike get him put into their cell. Because the warden doesn't want to upset them. After all, the last time they were upset a riot broke out. Not that it could be blamed on them, but the warden knows. Also, I want it in OZ because I want pods, with clear fronts.
