I Are Accomplished

I'm off to beren_writes's tomorrow for her Christmas party. (Yes, we know it's January. December was all booked up ::grin::)

So I came in from work and baked two batches of sticky toffee rice squares and some chocolate ganache fudge. I epically failed on buying Christmas presents of any feasible use whatsoever, and so have decided to bribe people with random stuff and sugar ::grin::

Also, I still haven't packed yet...

That sounds wonderful! Is there a recipe for the fudge? I tinker in that area myself. *g*

It's really more of a really thick ganache than a true fudge. The recipe is:

450g of chocolate (either milk or dark or a combination, depending on what you prefer)
1 397g tin of condensed milk

Microwave it for about 4 minutes on high. Mix it together and add in anything else you want to. (I've added vanilla essence and tries glace cherries in with the dark chocolate version.)

Stick it in a lined tin (or silicon baking tray) and put it in the fridge for a minimum of two hours :)

I love making this as it's so easy :D

Doesn't sound like fudge but it does sound awesome and completely bad for you. Which I approve of! Will be trying. :)

I feel you need to do a generalised squish of everyone for me. Probably not all at the same time as that could be logistically dangerous.
