X-Men:FC - James McAvoy Interview

So, there's a James McAvoy interview on the Telegraph website, mainly about filming X-M:FC. And there's one part that really jumps out.

In a fab montage, the pair go on a recruiting drive, in which they perch on a strip-club bed.

"That scene got exceptionally silly at one point," says McAvoy. "I don't know if I'm even allowed to tell you what originally happened. But it got pretty f---in' kinky. I'm not joking."

Was the dashing duo's bromance, uh, consummated?

"Unfortunately no. But there was a little bit of cross-dressing going on. That's all you need to know."

(For the record, McAvoy would have preferred it if Xavier and Magneto stayed together. Like, really together. "It is a little bit of a mini-tragedy that him and Magneto don't, you know, have sex and become married and become best friends.")

I now feel like finding James McAvoy and telling him not to worry, the fans will make sure that last bit totally happens ::grin::

Also, damn, I'm going to need a X-M:FC icon, aren't I?

I've loved McAvoy for a long time...and now this totally cements my unfailing adoration of him. For some reason, I seem to find the smaller scrappy guys insanely hot, like James McAvoy, James Ransone, and Will Rothaar.

And yes, the fans will certainly make sure that every sort of consummation happens between his Xavier and Magneto.

Because Charles and Erik deserve it, dammit :D (I've pretty much shipped these two since the first time I ever read the X-Men.)
