So, LucasFilms posted a picture of R2-D2 on his home planet of Naboo, looking out at sunset over a tranquil sea. But, hark, what's that in the distance. Why, it's Tynemouth Priory and seawall. It appears that R2-D2 is, as the cut-tag proclaims, a Geordie!



Although, doesn't this mean he should really be black and white, instead of blue and white. Also, what's the odds C-3PO's actually from Sunderland?
